今天是星期一，天气很好。我早上七点起床，洗漱后吃了早饭。然后，我去上班，一直工作到下午五点。晚上，我和朋友一起去健身房锻炼了一个小时。回家后，我写了一篇英语日记，记录了今天的生活点滴。

Today is Monday and the weather is nice. I got up at 7 o'clock in the morning, had breakfast after washing up. Then, I went to work and worked until 5 pm. In the evening, I went to the gym with my friends and exercised for an hour. After returning home, I wrote an English diary to record the bits and pieces of my life today.
